Association “Ambrozija” has been active in the field of environmental issues and rural development since 2003, realizing various projects and activities, in environmental protection, strategic planning, development of rural tourism, education and awareness rising.
Association’s activities implemented the field of rural development and tourism development:
- In 2016 with support of Macedonian Rural Network, “Ambrozija” has implemented the project focused on promotion of local gastronomic specialties in terms of tourism development; Project budget 3000USD
- In 2015, with support of Macedonian Rural Network, “Ambrozija” has implemented the project focused on raising issue for using local potentials for development of rural tourism. Promotional materials and one Forum for tourism development in Malesevija region were realized. Project budget 3000USD
- During 2015, members of “Ambozija” participated in working groups for development of Regional strategy for rural development, as a part of LEADER process in micro region Malesh-Pijanec (municipalities of Berovo, Pehcevo and Delcevo)
- In years 2012-2013, as local partner of Milieukontakt Macedonia, the Association has been working on preparation of Local Strategy for Climate Change for Municipality of Pehcevo with Action Plan, supported by USAID. The strategy was adopted by Municipal Council and in the period 2013-2015 several actions from the strategy were implemented in partnership with Municipality.
